- Guide clients in translating work experience into compelling, results-oriented narratives with measurable outcomes
- Coach clients on creating professional materials including resumes, portfolios, case studies, and online profiles that highlight transferable skills

- Develop strategies for clients to demonstrate learning agility and bridge skill gaps through accessible training resources
- Help clients craft authentic narratives that acknowledge limitations while emphasizing unique value propositions
- Track client progress and outcomes, adjusting strategies based on what works in current job markets
- Stay current on hiring trends, ATS systems, and how employers evaluate candidates with non-traditional backgrounds
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or related field
- 1-2 years experience in career counseling, recruiting, HR, or professional coaching
- Strong active listening skills and ability to draw out client strengths through conversation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of how different industries evaluate candidates and what skills transfer across sectors
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with career transition or workforce development programs
- Familiarity with resume optimization and applicant tracking systems
- Background in adult education or training
- Knowledge of online learning platforms and professional development resources
