About the Role We're seeking a talented Presentation Designer with 3-5 years of experience to craft compelling investor pitch decks for high-growth startups and established companies seeking funding. You'll combine strategic storytelling with sophisticated visual design to help founders and executives communicate their vision to investors. This role requires someone who can translate complex business narratives into clean, persuasive visual presentations that drive decision-making. Key Responsibilities - Develop strategic narrative structures and content outlines that effectively communicate business value propositions, market opportunities, and growth trajectories - Design polished, professional pitch decks using modern design tools while maintaining brand consistency and visual hierarchy - Create compelling data visualizations that transform financial projections, market analysis, and KPIs into clear, investor-ready graphics - Curate and organize brand assets, stock imagery, and visual elements that reinforce messaging and maintain professional standards - Establish and maintain design systems including typography, color palettes, and spacing guidelines across multi-slide presentations - Collaborate with stakeholders in real-time to incorporate feedback and iterate quickly on design concepts - Export and prepare final deliverables in multiple formats optimized for various presentation contexts - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Required Qualifications - 3-5 years of experience in presentation design, brand design, or visual communication - Strong portfolio demonstrating pitch deck or investor presentation work - Proficiency in Figma and modern presentation design tools - Solid understanding of data visualization principles and tools like Tableau or Flourish - Excellent visual design skills including typography, color theory, and layout composition - Ability to translate complex business concepts into clear visual narratives Preferred Qualifications - Experience working with startups or in venture capital/fundraising environments - Familiarity with financial metrics and investor communication best practices - Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and color palette tools - Experience with collaborative review platforms like Frame.io Tools & Platforms Figma, Tome, Tableau, Flourish, Adobe Color, Coolors, Getty Images, Sendible, Frame.io
