About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Junior Blog Content Coordinator to launch and manage our company blog from the ground up. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who's ready to own the entire content lifecycle, from platform setup to publishing. You'll work independently to establish our blog presence, create engaging content, and build a sustainable publishing schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and configure our blog CMS platform, including selecting templates and customizing basic design elements
- Write, edit, and publish blog posts that align with our brand voice and content strategy
- Create visually appealing graphics and featured images for each blog post using design templates
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent publishing schedules
- Proofread and refine all content for grammar, clarity, and readability before publication
- Organize and track content ideas, drafts, and published posts in a centralized system
- Monitor basic blog performance and maintain organized records of all published content
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in content creation, blogging, or digital publishing
- Strong writing skills with attention to grammar, clarity, and audience engagement
- Basic familiarity with content management systems or willingness to learn quickly
- Comfortable using digital tools and learning new software platforms
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms
- Basic understanding of SEO and content best practices
- Experience creating simple graphics or visual content
- Familiarity with project management tools like Notion or Trello
